This place is well-kept with great amenities like an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware, and offers a wonderful selection of delicious food.

Great overall experience. The hotel with neat and airy rooms, in a shopping area, to main shopping area. Early check-in, decent employees. Variety of fine food for meals. Favourable location, minutes away from Cabo Fort, liked this place.

I recently stayed at Prazeres Boutique Hotel for a week-long vacation. The hotel, being just a year old, was impressively designed and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist us. The location of the hotel is quiet and peaceful, with the beautiful Miramar Beach just a stone's throw away. The room we stayed in was comfortable and offered a stunning view. Additionally, the hotel provided perfect air conditioning and fans to beat the Goan heat. The restaurant served delicious food, making our dining experience truly enjoyable.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Panaji. the location was perfect – close to the main shopping area and just a short walk from the beach. It was nice to be in a quieter part of town, away from the hustle and bustle. Secondly, the staff were very attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were always available to assist with any requests I had. Thirdly, the basic amenities in the room were very good. I loved that the room had new furniture and was kept in a clean condition. The air conditioning was also a plus, keeping me comfortable in the Goan heat. Lastly, the breakfast spread was diverse and provided a good start to the day.

There are always areas for improvement, but overall, my experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

We loved the peaceful location of the hotel, away from the crowded areas of this city. The staff was helpful and attentive, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. We also enjoyed being close to both Miramer and Dona Paula beaches, easily accessible from the hotel.

The room was spacious with new furniture and the bathroom was very clean, which is always important to me. The location was convenient with shops nearby and only a short distance from the center. The parking area was an added bonus for those who have rented a car or are driving their own.

There were a few issues that made our stay less enjoyable. The noise from above our room kept us up on the first night, and the lack of eating options in the evening meant we had to rely on transport to find somewhere to eat.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, although in a lesser frequented area of Panjim, is still convenient with easy access to the main shopping area and Panjim market. Situated in a residential area, it provides a peaceful environment for guests. The rooms are well-maintained with new furniture and basic amenities. The staff is friendly and provides good service.
